Introducing... Mockeri!

If you've been following my twitter, you'll know that I've been busying myself for the past few weeks on creating my own personalised website! I've actually been toying with this idea for about a year now and I finally took the plunge! It's called Mockeri.

The reason why I was a bit hesitant at first and it's taken me SO LONG is because I am absolutely clueless about web. But I found that there is a tonne of information online - and google can be your best friend!

Mockeri is more of my own lifestyle blog. I'll be posting things on there about fashion, trends, beauty, everyday life, gifts, things for the home, artwork & more! It's sort of like a inspiration scrapbook.

Don't worry though, I am not going to forget Tinys and Tea. I will continue to have this blog running in association with my Etsy store. It will focus more on digital printable planners and games. One day I will hopefully integrate the two... somehow.

BUT... Mockeri will also have some fun DIY and cute free printables too so please bookmark both sites and keep checking in to keep up to date!

New Item: Mermaid Invite and more!

I just added a few new items to my store, one of which is this cute mermaid illustration I did for an invite. I'll be adding more of these designs to my store in the near future. I think this is the direction I want to take my store to.

 

And here are some other designs that I did a while ago - a cute little notecard, and 2 invites. All these designs are PDFs and the cupcake invite is an editable one (similar to the editable recipe card and princess invite I've done earlier).

FREE notecard

Only a few days left til I'm off to Japan for 2 weeks, so it's freebie time! Here's a little ice cream note card for all you to write cute little messages on. FREE Monthly Planner

Hey guys!

Here's this week's free printable! I'm sorry I missed last week! Hopefully I'll post up another one in the next couple of days to make up for it :). This week's printable is a monthly planner. You can mash up this planner with the weekly planner to make your booklet. The monthly planner takes up 2 pages instead of the weekly planner, which is just a single page.

ICE CREAM PRINTABLE STATIONERY

I've just added 3 cute printable Ice Cream Stationery set/designs to my shop! One is the full stationery set. Envelope, notepaper, notecards, gift tags, thank you cards, collage/sticker sheet and to-do-lists. I've also got a 2 set piece set. It's got the envelope design and matching notepaper to go with. And the last is an adorable ice cream book plate design. Available to download in my store now! 

I am thinking of turning my store into more printable artwork stationery... so hopefully they'll be much more of it coming up. I've got heaps of ideas and it's going to be a lot of fun including more party/invite stuff and things to do with weddings! I know I haven't added anything to my store in a while, I really should try do it more often - sorry guys but hope you like these couple of additions!

MORE NEW ITEMS

I'm on a roll! How did I manage to make more new polymer clay items? Especially this month too. I've been so busy with work, finishing deadline for the year and going to a few events - engagement parties, christmas parties, birthdays etc. Not to mention all the christmas duties - searching for presents, putting the tree up, writing cards, and wrapping presents! But I can not wait for the festive holidays to begin. Only 7 working days left for me yippee!

This year I'm going away with friends over new year and doing the family thing over Christmas. But mostly I just wanted to RELAX and not have much planned. What have you guys got planned over Christmas and New Years?

And now, introducing my new items: Peeled banana earrings, hamburger earrings, cupcake, lollipop, and ice cream earrings. All available in my store now!

TUTORIAL OF THE DAY: Ice Cream and Fruit Bowl

I browse everyday on helpful polymer clay tutorials and polymer clay art to get inspiration and ideas. Today I found a perfect tutorial by Maria Smith on how to make a bowl of ice cream and fruits out of polymer clay. The most important I found in this tutorial was how to make the bowl as I have struggled many times with this and it always comes out wobbly and wonky (same with anyone else?).
