FREE Printable Exercise Weekly Plan

Hey guys!

Here's this week's free printable. I've been going through a health kick lately. This means eating with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in my diet. This means eating smaller portions but more regularly so that I'm eating 5-6 times a day, and also, doing a few exercises. This has prompted me to design an exercise diary to keep track of the exercises I'm doing, and the number of sets I am able to accomplish in that week, so that the next week I can try and beat that number!

So I've decided to share this with all of you too! Just download and print the free printable and fill it in with the exercises you do. In the top row, you specify the type of exercise, the little box beneath is where you can write how many reps is in 1 set. Or however you would like to describe your exercise. Then each day, you tally the number in the corresponding box, write the total and the total time taken to complete the entire workout on the right hand column. Next week, print the same table and do the same and see how much better you can do!

Enjoy. I hope this helps.

p.p.s Yeah I need to work on my photography skills... Anyone got any tips? I know I should do it during the day with the sun, but my unit doesn't get much sun... and it's winter!

I'm engaged!

So it's actually been a few weeks now but... I got proposed to! Sorry I haven't blogged about this earlier! It was extremely lovely, and a huge surprise! I thought we were going to watch a couple of soccer games but on Saturday morning, my boy surprised me with High Tea! He said it was to celebrate me getting my health back so I was just so excited and happy. It was my very first High Tea experience and I've always wanted to go!

So after the food and tea came out, this beautiful Alice In Wonderland tea set came out with more tea. There were little cards that said "Drink Me" and "Eat Me". Thinking this was part of the high tea experience I was just so thrilled. You guys know how obsessed I am with Alice In Wonderland, so I was in my element!! I wanted to keep the tea set and the little note cards, I was like a little kid! I went to the toilet and when I came back, there was a third note sitting on my tea cup (the ring was inside the cup). I turned it over and it said "Marry Me?". It was the sweetest, most perfect proposal for me anyone could think of!!!! The boy had organized with the High Tea management to include the tea set (which he bought and I CAN keep!!) into the High Tea service and to surprise me! There was no soccer, he had booked a hotel room in the city, secretly packed an overnight bag for me and what impressed me most was he had gone to my parents house and asked for my hand in marriage the night before (I thought he was hanging with his friends!!)!!!

It was definitely a day and night I will never forget! And an incredible story that I can tell to our kids... one day!!

Mr Fredricksen Painting

Look what I did! I'm so happy with how this turned out. Using pen, pink, an eraser and gouache paints - here is my masterpiece! The colours have come out a lot more vibrant when I scanned it. I enjoyed painting this so much I'm going to do it more often! I'm not sure what I should do with these though...? Maybe I should frame it!

Hope you like it! It was a really fun process and I'm thinking of also sharing my drawing and painting process with you guys... what do you think?

What's in my Sketchbook - Mr Fredricksen

I've been having a bit of trouble with my art lately and decided to go back to basics with drawing and sketching more. I want to get back to doing more 'hands-on' illustrating.

Here are a couple of sketches in my sketchbook I did recently. They're inspired from the movie UP, and it's Mr Fredricksen as a little boy, and when he's older. I'm going to colour them too but I'm not sure what I should do with these... (what do you think?)... anyway, for now it's just for me to continue drawing and practicing.

I had a lot of fun going back to sketching and shading with a pencil. I want to make more of an effort sketching so I'll hopefully be posting more of 'What's in my Sketchbook' every week. Let me know what you guys think!

I really like doing these FREE printables for my blog and intend to do them more often! I would like to say that I'll do one every week... but I'm so busy all the time I'm not sure how I'll go... I'll try though!
